About the Course
From Feelings to Function is an online course created for caregivers of children ages 4 and up who want to better understand emotional, behavioral, and sensory regulation. The course explains what regulation means, why it matters in everyday life, and how it may show up at home. Through short, easy to follow modules, caregivers may learn practical ideas and supportive strategies that can be used during daily routines like play, transitions, and family activities. Meet Your Instructor
Caroline Travaglin is a Doctor of Occupational Therapy student with a strong interest in emotional, behavioral, and sensory regulation in children. Through her academic and fieldwork experiences, she has developed a particular interest in how regulation impacts daily routines and participation at home. This course reflects her goal of making occupational therapy concepts related to regulation easier to understand and more practical for caregivers. She believes that clear information and realistic strategies can make a meaningful difference in everyday life. Outside of school, Caroline enjoys baking sourdough, crocheting, and spending time with her dog, Maverick.
